Nolan was very helpful, thorough and did not make me feel pressured. Sophia in Finance was very nice and also thorough. She also explained everything as we went along. I came into the dealer today because of a recall. I worked with David who iwas very professional and easy to work with. During the check-in process he noticed that I was approaching 10,000 miles and I worked with David who iwas very professional and easy to work with. During the check-in process he noticed that I was approaching 10,000 miles and recommended that I complete my 10,000 mile service including oil change & tire rotation. I really appreciated that he was proactive and saved me a return trip to the dealership. He told me it would be about an hour and a half but it turned out to be less than that so thank you to the maintenance team as well It’s nice to find such great customer service and want to give him a big shout out to David .
