Loss of a Sale I'm quite disappointed with my experience here. I purchased my current vehicle from the previous dealers in this building, Gentile, so I thought I wou I'm quite disappointed with my experience here. I purchased my current vehicle from the previous dealers in this building, Gentile, so I thought I would give it another go. From the beginning, I felt like I did not belong there. My husband and I came in knowing we were down to two specific vehicles, and wanted to test drive them to make our decision. One of the vehicles they did not have any of, and the other they only had two, one with the leather we were looking for. While we were sitting and waiting for our sales person to go get the keys we heard him talking to what I'm assuming is a manager (they were only 15 feet from us) and the manager asked how we were paying and then said "Well they do know this is a forty thousand dollar vehicle....right?" My husband then looked at me and said "I don't think they want us to buy a car today." From there on it just got weird. He kept asking me if I knew what kind of payments I was going to be making, and that maybe I wasn't comfortable with the more expensive car. I have never felt so disrespected and pre judged. Our experience ended with a quick 5 minute test drive that barely got the car over 35 mph and the sales person asking us to go drive the car they didn't have at another dealer and then to come back and buy it from him. Needless to say, we went to a different dealership and ended up buying a Ford. More
