This was by far the most positive experience I have had buying a vehicle. I called ahead and they were able to help me get alot of things taken care of for my purchase before we even got there! We showed up in the middle of a snow storm and everyone there worked to get the process taken care of as quickly as possible. Very nice employees. Very accommodating. I used to work in consumer lending and some places can make the process so cumbersome. Not Zeigler Toyota of Racine! Can't say enough good things about them. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the s This is a continuation from a previous complaint. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the same oil change from that repair, the motor is now toast. Glad they gave me a 5 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty, that cost me out of pocket so far over $2000, and when this motor is repaired, over $8500. Then the warranty company says it will complete my warranty. I am absolutely disgusted, only made 7 payments. The service advisor admitted lack of knowledge and equipment to make the first repair. This has no doubt this caused the chain of events. There is no other explanation other than the vacuum pump wasn't repaired properly, causing the turbo to fail, and now the motor... Hope you've got something good to say. More

BEWARE of this dealership, lots of hidden fees that weren’t advertised and finance manager only cares about selling you their xx warranty packages all the while confusing you more about the numbers. She steered clear of answering my questions and were even upset when we refuse to buy the extended warranty. Because I traveled from out of state I lost all negotiation power which I understand and accepted, even with the mark up on the vehicle. Thanks a lot to Zeigler Toyota of Racine WIS. to make a costumer who just bought a $60k plus Tacoma feel like xxxx. I would definitely try other Toyota dealerships before Zeigler. More
