Not Truecar friendly, took forever to get into business offf I set up meeting with true car person only to get to dealership and be handed off to someone else that had nothing ready for me . Expected to have the I set up meeting with true car person only to get to dealership and be handed off to someone else that had nothing ready for me . Expected to have the car picked by me in true car waiting to test drive and have true car price to start with negotiation. Instead the sales guy said , sorry , true car person was busy. What kind of dealership does this to people who do the work up front to get in and out a lot quicker. Why did the true car person not pass the information off to the new sales Rep? Second issue was it took over one hour before we could get in business office to do the paper work to close the deal. Excuse was they recently lost a business agent but my guess is they run lean all the time so expect to wait 1 or 2 hours just for 15 minutes to sign final papers. More
