Chevy Was sold a lemon and thought they were going to work with me but then was given the cold shoulder. My credit was ran without my consent and didn’t know that they were towing my car that day. Tried to ask about selling back but couldn’t get through to them after multiple messages. Even if they couldn’t help they could’ve called back to tell that. They were awesome to start with and for whatever reason I just got ignored. I wish I never worked with Racine Toyota and I wish that I could sell my car back to them. Also, when I first bought this car I was only given the option of two cars; so I can only assume they knew the car was lemon and we’re trying to rid themselves of it. I am out $15000 and no working vehicle. More

Radio Upgrade Had a 2018 Camry in to get the CarPlay retrofit. Unfortunately for me, my car decided not to cooperate with the procedure. Complicating this was that it was a new procedure, and in my opinion, the staff wasn't given enough training that included problem resolution when things didn't go as expected. I don't fault the staff - they gave it their best shot(s), and finally it did get done, and done properly. I won't hesitate to go back for other services. More

Ok Experience This Time Got regular maintenance and had a couple hiccups this time. First, when service was over, I waited an extra 15 minutes in the lobby because they forgo Got regular maintenance and had a couple hiccups this time. First, when service was over, I waited an extra 15 minutes in the lobby because they forgot to come tell me it was ready. Then when I went out, they hadn’t washed it so I waited for them to run through the washer. I drove home and parked and within 30 minutes, has a 12 inch diameter puddle of oil under by car. Called and they were closing in 15 so I said I’d be there in 10; Phoebe who took the message didn’t relay this to anyone but they still let me in and fixed the gasket. Everyone was very apologetic and nice to work with but Phoebe’s total disregard for doing a simple task was the most frustrating and irritating experience. More
