Worst dealership ever The worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Here is everything that went wrong: Called them up. Said we were coming from out of state and goin The worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Here is everything that went wrong: Called them up. Said we were coming from out of state and going to write a check. We get there they said they can’t verify out of state checks and we’d need to apply for financing as a backup. Something they could have said over the phone. We told them the car we were interested in and asked to put a deposit on it. They said they can’t do that. After driving 3.5 hours they nearly sold it right before we got there. Their doc fees are 4-5 times the state average. Since we were out of state, they couldn’t process the title. All they did was sign the title over to us, which it’s hard to justify nearly $1000 fee for them to sign a piece of paper. Took them a month to get it to us and we had to pay a late fee when we processed the title ourselves at the DMV. Considered the doc fee as part of the sale price and not a “fee” on the bill of sale. We had to pay taxes on that also. Mandatory useless $300 fee for a “passive” anti theft device… basically they put the VIN number on the car door. From arrival to leaving took over 3 hours. We had a long trip back home. The salesman had to talk to his manager 20+ times in the course of it to ask questions and each time took him 10 minutes to come back with an answer. My recommendation is to get the “out the door” cost before showing up of a vehicle you’re interested in.The only reason why I gave them 2 instead of 1 star is they followed up with what they said they would do after a few phone calls to remind them. More

Not a good experience I walked in the showroom to look at upgrading and no one greeted or talked to me.
