Very unprofessional a didn’t like his attitude when he talked to me! Everytime I go in I get him. He’s definitely always trying to sell me something when my car doesn’t need it!! I would put zero if I could. They called me in the am to ask me to schedule a 20,000 mile service. I checked it's free and it will take an hour. I don't normally come here because it's far but for free sure. So I left work early to get to my appointment only to be told no actually the service isn't free and I don't qualify. So we wasted an hour of your time and gas to drive her and back only to say sorry we screwed up. Nothing to make it right on my side, just a straight ope. I'll never go back here, this was garbage. Their mistake and a waste of time and money for me so a shrug and a sorry. More
