Dealership has good technical service writer’s . I have issues with some services that aren’t linked. Example: when you have a brake job, the brake fluid is not changed. Customers are not told t I have issues with some services that aren’t linked. Example: when you have a brake job, the brake fluid is not changed. Customers are not told the brake fluid is not changed. Changing the fluid is maintenance of the brakes. New brakes, old fluid. These should be obvious when changing brakes. Also, there are too few maintenance special! More
