dealership communicated very well with the service that needed to be completed. very easy to approve or deny work that needed to be completed without being harassed. customer service was not very welcomi needed to be completed. very easy to approve or deny work that needed to be completed without being harassed. customer service was not very welcoming when entering to pick up my vehicle. both people were in the phone and when told I need to pick up my vehicle was told just to go to the cashier. not very welcomed. my keys were separated from my fob and was not told that they were in my vehicle and had to ask two different employees to determine where my keys were. was not thanked for doing service as there are a lot of options to complete service.
