BEWARE of this dealership, lots of hidden fees that weren’t advertised and finance manager only cares about selling you their xx warranty packages all the while confusing you more about the numbers. She steered clear of answering my questions and were even upset when we refuse to buy the extended warranty. Because I traveled from out of state I lost all negotiation power which I understand and accepted, even with the mark up on the vehicle. Negotiation is part of buying a car and it was interesting to watch customers walk out thinking there are a abundance of vehicles out there. The sales consultants and managers were easy to work with. Finance answered all of my questions and I left twice feeling I received a fair deal on both vehicles in a market of markups and addendums. More
