I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was refreshingly different from the typical car-buying nightmare. The dealership had relatively few surprise add-ons, and what’s even bett experience was refreshingly different from the typical car-buying nightmare. The dealership had relatively few surprise add-ons, and what’s even better, they were easy to remove—something that's almost unheard of these days. But the real highlight of the experience was Darone, who truly felt like he was on my side throughout the process—something that almost never happens when you’re buying a car. From the start, Darone made it clear that he was there to help me get what I wanted, not push unnecessary extras. I had been prepared to battle over ridiculous dealer-installed add-ons, but Darone went above and beyond. He helped me get the LoJack that had been pre-installed removed for a reasonable $299. I was more than happy to pay that, especially since many places lock you into these charges with no flexibility. What’s even more impressive is that the LoJack was installed in a less intrusive way (in the OBD port instead of splicing into the wiring harness), which made the whole process even smoother. What really stood out was that Darone never tried to push anything on me. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got it, without any of the usual dealership nonsense. It honestly felt like he was working with me, not against me, which is a rare thing in this business. He respected my time, didn’t waste it on unnecessary sales pitches, and made the entire experience feel honest and straightforward. For anyone who’s tired of feeling pressured or tricked by dealers, I can’t recommend Darone highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s genuinely on your side and a dealership with fewer intrusive add-ons, this is the place to go. A+ for Darone—he’s an absolute star, and I'll be sending anyone I know his way in the future. More
The maintenance cost is outrageous. I received almost $1000 quote to repair/ replace the tailgate handle assembly with the backup camera mount on a 2014 tundra. We've dealt with Zeigler toyota for many years. Service from the sales people and the service people has always been great. In the service department I am so glad to have Linda to help me time when Service from the sales people and the service people has always been great. Oil pan drain valve was installed incorrectly. Was lied to and told it was “made of paper and it tore”. Leaked oil all over my driveway. Another time, my tires were NOT rotated. We bought 2 cars from them this year. We were disappointed that when we picked up the second car that the gas tank wasn’t filled up!
