No balloons smacking you as you walk in, and no loud-mouthed salesmen. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. My sales associate, DeVan, is professional, articulate, and a polite young man. I was greeted by him at the door, we sat down and figured out which cars fit my budget and needs. Even better, I came in to buy a used car but drove off in a new one that didn’t blow my budget. And I really appreciated the finance manager, who didn’t try to tack on pricey extras I didn’t want or need. In this age of consumerism and instant access to information, it’s refreshing to encounter a dealership that gets it. If you’re in the market for a Toyota or used car, I highly recommend Racine Toyota. I’ll be back for my next car. More
