Yes they tend to upsell services recommending them possibly early but I have never had them attempt to recommend a service that wasn't needed. He worked within my constraints as I had work schedule tied in during the discussions. He also came in on his off days to ensure the car hand over was handled well not only him but Jacob and all the Sales Manager helped me a-lot to locate the color and model i wanted from different dealerships. I really can’t thank enough Edgar for his hard work in maintaining my car very clean inside and out every-time i visit this dealership. It would be a huge loss to Toyota to lose great sales associates like Edgar and Jacob. Joel and Linda with Service always help me with free car washes and get the correct needs for my car.
