Had a great experience at Zeigler Toyota. I worked with Leeann who was amazing! I had a very specific car I wanted which needed to be ordered. It took a bit because they had to build it but L I worked with Leeann who was amazing! I had a very specific car I wanted which needed to be ordered. It took a bit because they had to build it but Leeann kept me in the loop the whole way and as soon as it arrived she let me know and I was onsite in no time. Leeann did a great job of showing me all of the features and took her time to make sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I go out of my way because I love the service at this location. Today was a little lackluster for you guys because communication wasn’t there. I had 3 issues when I came in. I know for a fact one was d location. Today was a little lackluster for you guys because communication wasn’t there. I had 3 issues when I came in. I know for a fact one was done but the other 2 are a mystery after I reviewed the paperwork. I trusted this place so I thought nothing of it. One item was an oil change. I wasn’t charged for one but I also see my vehicle has a new service reminder sticker and the light in my vehicle is off. I wasn’t told if it was done and the cashier didn’t know. I also have a nail in my tire. The nail remains and I wasn’t charged for this either. I’m not sure if this means the nail isn’t causing a leak or if it was forgotten. This was also not discussed nor on my paperwork. More
