Warm Pleasant and engaging experience I really did enjoy working with the Racine Toyota dealership when purchasing our new car. The dealership is neat, clean and well laid out. However, the salepeople really elevated my opinion of helping us through the process of purchasing our vehicle. We were looking for one with a particular color features and it needed to be a hybrid. That particular car was not on their lot so Calvin went to Illinois to pick up the car we are looking for that very evening. The next day Edgar showed me the car and had it ready for a test drive-yes this was the one! Followup has been outstanding as Calvin made sure everything was working perfect. This is the second car we bought from Racine Toyota and when we are in need of another vehicle it will be a Toyota from this dealership. More

Your competitors offer drinks and snacks while one is waiting for their car. It would be very nice if you offered the same to your customers. More
Bad Day! Minus 6 degrees with a snow storm ramping up, no heat in my car and running late for a doctor appointment when my tire blew out. Luckily it happened before I got on I94 by Toyota. I rode the rim up to the service center. Explianed my dilemma to a couple of technicians and the gal told me to pull it straight in when Joel took care of me immediately. He had me escorted to the waiting area near a warm fireplace and hot coffee. With in a short time he came to get me, when I asked what I owed he said nothing! It's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. I even made it to my appointment. I will soon be looking for a new used car so I think I'll be visiting Toyota again. I just want to say Thank you!!! More

Above and Beyond-That's Edgar!! I had a 2016 leased Toyota Camry that was nearing the end of the lease I stopped to see what was available and was met by "Smiling Edgar" I told him t I had a 2016 leased Toyota Camry that was nearing the end of the lease I stopped to see what was available and was met by "Smiling Edgar" I told him that I wanted to buy rather than lease and there just happened to be on the floor this beautiful 2018 Toyota Camry XLE which needless to say had all the bells and whistles and a V6 engine! Edgar gave me the 50 cent tour and I was so impressed with him and the automobile,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that I took delivery the next day. That is not the end of the story. Like any new car there have been bugs. I have been back several times with little things and each time I have been met by Edgar who has solved my problems and even had my car washed. He is more than a car salesman-he is a caring,friendly person and he made this the best car purchase ever! More
