Pulling into the garage I was not even acknowledged by any of the employees sitting at their desks without a customer who also weren't on the phone. I had to approach someone for assistance. My biggest gripe with this dealer is - why pay for tire rotation if my pressures aren't even? One of my tires actually has less air in it than I arrived with which is below the recommended PSI. Lastly, it seemed like an issue at time of payment that I wanted to use a coupon from the website. Nowhere on the coupon does it say I'm supposed to inform the person at the time of check-in, nor was I asked. I don't work at Zeigler so I would not be aware if this is the policy. Not sure if I'll be returning here for future service visits. More
Booked my appointment online and got the time slot I needed. Linda immediately greeted me and answered my questions before my auto was serviced.
