2015 Buick Regal GS. This is a continuation from a previous complaint. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the same oil change from that repair, the motor is now toast. Glad they gave me a 5 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty, that cost me out of pocket so far over $2000, and when this motor is repaired, over $8500. Then the warranty company says it will complete my warranty. I am absolutely disgusted, only made 7 payments. The service advisor admitted lack of knowledge and equipment to make the first repair. This has no doubt this caused the chain of events. There is no other explanation other than the vacuum pump wasn't repaired properly, causing the turbo to fail, and now the motor... Hope you've got something good to say. More
Service advisor admitted to me they didn't have techs or diagnostic equipment to repair my car, he suggested I take the car to GM or Buick if I had any more problems AFTER they replaced an exploded vacuu or diagnostic equipment to repair my car, he suggested I take the car to GM or Buick if I had any more problems AFTER they replaced an exploded vacuum pump, 2 days later the vehicle was on a flatbed to another dealer for turbo, intercooler and numerous other parts. Why it wasn't taken to a GM or Buick dealer in the first place is beyond me. Now, the warranty company is out over $3600 and I'm out $2000 because they didn't know and aren't "equipped". More
I don't think an oil change should take over an hour to complete. Probably took longer for the representative to upsell maintenance that I didn't come in for.
