Not impressive I was a bit surprised when we rolled into the service bay. (We did not have an appointment.) No one to direct us where to stop or park. When we exite I was a bit surprised when we rolled into the service bay. (We did not have an appointment.) No one to direct us where to stop or park. When we exited our vehicle no one greeted us and we stood awkwardly near our vehicle which seemed like a 1/2 hour (reality about 2 minutes) until I approached a person tapping away on a computer. Once I got within their vision did they acknowledge our presence and stoped typing and asked what we needed. I stated our Toyota was giving us the ‘Need Maintenance Soon’ on the display and I explained and it’s about time for an oil change. The first person I spoke with asked another person to help us, as the second person walked in from the waiting area. The first person went right back to typing and didn’t bother to explain what I did of why we were there. I had to explain the same thing to the second person. The waiting area had a nice fire, nice chairs and big TVs. It could have been straightened out some. The beverage area was messy and unkept. I knew our Toyota care had expired 6 days earlier and the service person came in to explain and I agreed (I was hoping for some grace period but, it wasn’t offered and I didn’t even push -it is what it is... but a bit of grace would’ve gone a LONG way on the positive side) then we talked price. The customer service person seemed to not be able to handle my annoyance with the cost without being peeved at my reaction to the cost of $75 for an oil change and tire rotation?? I get it, dealers make money off of service but, that’s over the top in my opinion. So over the top, my oil changes (& tire rotation) will NOT be $75+ from this dealer from this point forward. ESPECIALLY with the unwelcome reception in the service bay. {Side note to Toyota... Why not just say ‘Change Oil Soon’ and if Maintenance is needed then tell me ‘Need Maintenance?} More
Had to contact Toyota to resolve a brake issue. Had to involve Toyota corporate to help with a rear brake issue on my 2017 Camry, fortunately they got an almost 900$ bill down to a little over $300. Problem solved Having check engine lights and other lights on dash. The Tech hooked up the computer and found camshaft issues. This is not a normal finding. An experienced tech suggested we change the oil before proceeding with other repairs. It turns out that my oil change place in my town, had been using a cheap generic oil filter. It didn't even look like the Toyota filter. Turns out it was restricting movement of oil and sensors were getting bad info. Putting in the correct filter fixed the problem. I am quite thankful that the tech was experienced and had seen this happen before. Saved me money. More

Good service but know your costs I was told my Rav 4 needed a new washer hose, eaten by rodents. Quoted $175 to do the repair. I elected not to proceed with the repair. Had it done at a local automotive repair shop for $40. This type of situation eroded my confidence in a dealers integrity and brings future service into question. Be fair to the customer, will result in long term clientele. More
