While enroute to FL from MN, we encountered car problems. I called Jason at Stark at 7:00 in the morning and he was very cordial and pleasent. We finally were able to arrive around 9:00 and Jason was there to greet us. He made no promises but said a tech would look at our suburban as soon as possible. The waiting room was very pleasent and well stocked with different goodies to keep my kids happy. While waiting and walking around the dealership the other Stark employees were very kind as well to my children. Within the hour Jason let us know that good news/bad news. They knew what the problem was, but there were no parts in stock, or even in town available. He offered to look into some additional alternatives while my family of four and I waited. Jason went above and beyond by offering my family a ride to a nearby resturant so we could have breakfast while we waited. We declined and decided to wait at the WalMart across the street. Less then an hour later Jason called me to tell me they had managed to find the part needed on a different vehicle and had taken it out and put it in ours so we could get on the road in order to make it to my wife's grand-father's funeral. It was clear to my wife and I that Stark and Jason in particular went above and beyond in taking care of our vehicle and my family. I can only say that I wish I lived in Madison so I could visit Stark for all my vehicle needs. More

Had a service issue the week of Thanksgiving (one of their busiest weeks of the year)so they gave me a loaner car while they tried to get in the needed part ASAP.
