Over the years, I've had conversation with James about my current vehicle, that I purchased from him, as well as getting his input about what I'm thinking of for my next vehicle when I'm ready to purchase again. I highly recommend James. He is comfortable in his position and knows it inside and out. While car shopping out of town with a friend, I was unimpressed with the service he was getting at the dealerships we went to. Some salesmen seemed flustered and didn't always have answers to our questions, and didn't seem interested in getting us those answers. Some just didn't really care to be helping us. If you live in the Madison area or not, I suggest you go to Zimbrick Fish Hatchery and ask for James. He will give you personable service with a smile, and he knows his stuff! More
