Always “too busy” Every time I have been to this location I have been told “we are pretty short staffed today, if you want a car wash it’s going to add 20-30 minutes”. Every time I have been to this location I have been told “we are pretty short staffed today, if you want a car wash it’s going to add 20-30 minutes”. At first I just assumed someone called in sick, but I have now been 4-5 times and it’s the same every time. Also I have asked multiple questions about my vehicle (mostly infotainment type questions) which I realize are outside of the reason I am there but I never get an answer. It’s just “that’s weird” and there is no follow-up. I’m assuming this level of service is due to being so busy. My previous experience at Zimbrick Acura was just so far above and beyond I’m surprised by the lack of customer care at the Fish Hatch location. More

Way to long It was fine and I'll probably go back. Not happy with waiting 2 hours for an oil change and a tire patch though. My car was "in line" for a car wash f It was fine and I'll probably go back. Not happy with waiting 2 hours for an oil change and a tire patch though. My car was "in line" for a car wash for 30 min of it. Wish they would have told me before I waited that long. I ended up not even getting a car wash in the end. Just got sick of waiting. Though they did give me a slip for a free carwash later. Just took wayyy to long. More
