Lisa, the sales consultant I worked with, came back several times while talking with the manager/checking inventory to check in with me and kept me updated while they were working to find the car I wanted. She came to ask me about the trim package I had requested as she found the lesser trim package had what I specifically wanted and would save me money as I wasn't going to be purchasing a trim package with options/accessories I didn't need or care about. When I initially spoke with Lisa I told her my three must-haves for my new car, and the models I was thinking of. She went above and beyond and brought over a few different makes/models for me to look at and test drive in addition to the specific models I mentioned. As a first-time car buyer, I was completely satisfied with the (unexpected) process of buying a car and a large part of that is due to Lisa's honesty and professionalism. I've already referred coworkers to her, and hope to work with her again for future car purchases. More
