They went "miles" out of their way to do the right thing! My 1996 Honda Odessy has 220,000 miles on it and factory parts are no longer available. GAVE ME A FREE LOANER CAR to use while they searched for another distributor. A week later they found one on the west coast ( I live in Wisconsin). They installed the second one and it worked fine and has been performing well now for two weeks and I have all the confidence of believing it will continue to work well. Zimbrick at Fish Hatchery Road insisted on doing the job right and refused to let circumstances beyond my or their control cost me extra money. I have been buying Honda's and servicing them from Zimbrick since 1983 and with their help have gotten over 200,000 miles on three different models. More
