Service and sales people Service department is great. Really like Jeff Bauhs to work with. Can't say as much for the sales floor people. While waiting for my service work, I went to look at the new CRV's on the Sales floor. After at least 20 minutes of checking the vehicle inside and out, none of the six guys on the slaes floor even asked me if they could answer any questions about it. They were quite busy chatting with each other. I wrote an e-mail to the sales manager, and received an unimpressive reply. More

Very quick closing paperwork, took less than an hour. Isaac Moret was pleasant to deal with, friendly and to the point. Only complaint I have is that the battery had to be replaced on my trade in truck a Isaac Moret was pleasant to deal with, friendly and to the point. Only complaint I have is that the battery had to be replaced on my trade in truck and Zimbrick did not offer a good deal on a replacement. I would have gladly paid half the cost of a new battery, but they did not offer me any kind of deal. I ended up buying a used battery from a salvage yard for $35.00. This could have been a brand new high quality battery if the sales manager had any kind of personality to offer a dealer cost on a new battery. Very disappointed in this process. I don't think this was Isaac Moret's call. More

Brand new battery from Zimbricks only lasted 8 months. Came in 1 day last week with a possible battery problem. I was stranded one morning and needed to be jumped to start my Honda. Brought the car in to Came in 1 day last week with a possible battery problem. I was stranded one morning and needed to be jumped to start my Honda. Brought the car in to the service center, they tested the battery and said it was in good shape. Serviceman said sometimes when the oil is changed for upcoming cooler weather, Honda’s can get flooded easily when turning the key, not holding it long enough, and only driving for very short distances. I have not changed my oil since Feb. He made me feel like I didn’t know how to start my car, said to watch how things go and sent me on my way. Next morning my husband could not start the car in the garage (same issue). He attempted again 10 min later and it started. I immediately called Zimbrick service center again and brought my car in. Tom Strahota helped me then, experienced the same problem in your garage, tested the battery and said indeed it WAS a battery problem. Received a new one. After being stranded once I was REAL worried about getting stranded worse! Would have been nice for some compensation for a worried mind. More
