Eric Rodde was a pleasure to work with Unfortunately this dealership did not Have the desired color of CRV we needed at the time we needed to purchase, but we had worked with Eric on 2 Sep Unfortunately this dealership did not Have the desired color of CRV we needed at the time we needed to purchase, but we had worked with Eric on 2 Separate Test Drive experiences and both I and my wife found him to be the most pleasant and non-pushy sales associate we’d worked with among several dozen in the Madison area. We wished we’d been able to make a deal with him as we vastly preferred the experience of working with him. He doesn’t pressure you to buy, doesn’t make your arguments for you, just lets you get comfortable with the car, and help you get acquainted with its features. This was our experience with Eric, and unless you prefer the hard sell with a bunch of obscure mechanical lingo, disparaging of other manufacturers or dealerships, or practiced ingratiating humor, working with him is highly recommended.
