Car of my dreams! Brent was amazing. He listened to every detail of what I was looking for. He told me right away that I should look at a GMC Acadia. I didn't listen Brent was amazing. Finally test drove the Acadia...Love it and Brent for being so awesome! Brent was patient with me and was never once pushy. He even went above and beyond and found the perfect car that fit me and my budget. It wasn't even at the dealership that he is based out of. Delivery day came and Brent took time away from his location and met me at the eastside Zimbrick to make sure that I was completely taken care of. I have never had such royal treatment when buying a car!! I will be back to Zimbrick again when the need arises. I just hope Brent is still there to take care of me!! Good dealership, stellar dealer Brent was very attentive but gave me the space to make the decision I needed to. He's a friendly family guy and I enjoyed the whole process. He allowed me to drive three cars and even take the third out on my own to discuss privately and get an honest feel. I found myself very comfortable in a Civic. I deliberated for a while and eventually decided to shake hands and sign on the Civic. The dealership was solid - break room with snacks and water while I thought, lots of great models (very sad for no black civic SE but that's a very specific request for a used car lol), good people. They did try to sell me on an extra warranty with some urgency after I got the car, which I didn't super want/like. That said, overall they took care of all the paperwork very quickly and the price was great too, so I was excited to drive out of the dealership in a low miles beauty same day and actually be happy with the purchase. But more than the dealership, Brent was the star. He helped me find the best deal in the lot for me and my situation. He did go to the upper end of my price range, but I'm begrudgingly grateful for it because the car runs very well and probably will for years. More
