I can't compliment them enough on everything they did for me to make this a smooth and least difficult process as possible. I had some special and difficult circumstances that had to go along with this process and John Marks and Randy Swingen made me feel at ease with these circumstances and continued to assure me that they could help me. Needless to say, they did! This was truly a rewarding experience for me and I am thankful to these two men for helping me accomplish a goal I've been wanting to achieve for a long time. Good on the sales, bad on the financing and communication I just leased my third vehicle from Zimbrick and have been a customer for 9 years. Have always had great experiences. When I recently turned in my se I just leased my third vehicle from Zimbrick and have been a customer for 9 years. Have always had great experiences. When I recently turned in my second leased Accord, I called the business office to get an estimate on financing the leased car to purchase. I was assured I'd get a call back. Two weeks went by, no call. Another call made and voicemail left. No callback. Finally after talking to the general manager, I got a call back with apologies which was fine. I then decided to lease a new Accord. Everything went fine with the paperwork, delivery of the vehicle, except the lease financing paperwork back to me telling me my new account number, when to pay, etc never came. I called the finance person. No callback. I've left two messages. No response. I've contacted my salesman who said he would talk to the finance person and have her call me. No response. I called Honda Financial Services. they have no record of my lease and said I have to call the dealership. I've now had to resort to contacting the general manager for a second time. Totally unacceptable. More

I'll never work with Zimbrick again!!! I went with my girlfriend for her to purchase a Chevy Cruze. Our first impression of Mike was that he didn't want to work with us as customers to begi I went with my girlfriend for her to purchase a Chevy Cruze. Our first impression of Mike was that he didn't want to work with us as customers to begin with. My girlfriend was pre-approved already so there wasn't much work for the financing department to do. We did the initial paperwork with Mike and he was to put the paperwork on the financial person's desk that would be there the next day. Mike knew we wanted the car the next morning but instead put the paperwork on the absent person's desk. My girlfriend goes in to do the rest of the paperwork for the car but none of the financing paperwork was done. My girlfriend got tired of waiting and went to the bank herself since it didn't seem as though Zimbrick had any desire to get it done. Mike never told us that the car only had one set of keys. My girlfriend packs up her belongings into the new car and asks if there was a spare set. Mike said nope sorry. He could've at least told us during purchasing the vehicle so we could work that into the price of the car. When it was time for her to leave she was never offered to have someone work with her on all the settings and features of the car. Mike seriously just gave her the keys and said have a nice day. I will never go to Zimbrick again. I told the manager Lewis about our experience and he blew it off. If it wasn't for the car she absolutely wanted, we would've taken our business elsewhere. She had to go to Ballweg for a demonstration on the car. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from there and there is a reason we keep going back. More
I called because I was concerned that I was in compliance with my warranty. Though the miles driven were well within the recommended limit, I have owned the car for six months. The person I talked to at firs with my warranty. Though the miles driven were well within the recommended limit, I have owned the car for six months. The person I talked to at first said I didn't need an oil change, but then came up with something about deposits in the engine or some such, and suggested I come in. The oil change was done, and an additional repair was added to "tune up" my brakes. The employee also suggested I get an alignment and that my windshield wipers were defective. I'm going to have the alignment checked elsewhere. The windshield wipers are working fine, wiping the windshield perfectly. When they need to be changed I will do it myself. I take this as a warning for the future. I will likely check with a lawyer about compliance with my warranty, and get repairs done elsewhere if I can, when they need them. I have had this experience with dealers before, but thought Zimbrick would be different. I have an actual problem with the car, for which it was checked shortly after I bought it. Now it is worse. Nothing was detected, though I reported it runs rough. Now it runs rough and the engine revs up when it changes gear at 60 mph. I want this fixed. This is covered by my warranty. If Zimbrick can do it, maybe someone else can. More
