Wednesday afternoon, came into the Hyundai Dealership for a new vehicle for my husband after we hit a deer and totalled out our Sante Fe...we were looking for our 5th Hyundai in 19 years. However, I drive the 60 miles to Madison to have my Honda Element serviced by Zimbrick, and with Tom Strahota's team in particular. I minutes away. I found that Tom is transparent and very straightforward about recommended service and costs, and why certain purchases are important or not important at certain times. He never tries to sell me service items unless they are part of Honda's recommended maintenance schedule, and he does not deviate from that schedule just to generate business for his shop. Finally, Tom has a Honda Element himself, so I get the benefit of his own experiences with the vehicle. More
