I trust them to do what needs doing and to let me know if something needs to be fixed that I didn't expect. Since we're dealing with the COVID outbreak, Tom was very welcoming but also very careful to follow appropriate social distancing guidelines and to make sure I felt comfortable when dropping off and picking up my car. I would give the people at Zimbrick Fish Hatchery my highest recommendation, they are the very best!!! More

Good experiences in the past; this was not one of them! I arrived early for my appointment time. I talked with Ali Z., who indicated the service would take 75 minutes. He tried to upsell me on more services, which I declined. He said he would include the multi-point inspection "for free" which is misleading because that's always included. The main reason I came in is because my car wasn't starting. The battery was 5 years old, so it was probably due for replacement. Ali questioned whether I really wanted a new battery, which was weird because it was the main reason for my visit. He asked if I wanted to test the battery first to be sure; I said sure, that makes sense. Ali said he would follow up with me about the state of my battery after tests had been run, although I was pretty sure we'd end up replacing the battery. (Again, I was quoted 75 minutes for the service. There was no indication given that testing the battery first would extend the length of the visit.) Ali did not follow up about the battery or give me any updates on the car. After waiting for over an hour with no updates, I became concerned. I asked up front for help, and they indicated that Ali had left for lunch (without any kind of hand-off or update). Ali had given my paperwork to Mellissa, so I asked her for an update on the car since I was still expecting to hear about the battery. Mellissa was very helpful and was able to get me an update on the vehicle within a few minutes. The battery test was not giving a conclusive result, so I decided to just replace it, as that was the primary reason for bringing in my vehicle. Mellissa also came by again to let me know that the brakes might need some service; she said I'd be given an estimate for that work. Overall, I waited from 1:15pm until 3:45pm. Although I was originally quoted 75 minutes, I waited twice that long; 150 minutes! Had I known the appointment would take 2.5 hours, I might have made different arrangements instead of waiting in the lobby. That's an absurd amount of time for just an oil change and battery replacement. I'm frustrated by the lack of professionalism from Ali Z. He was misleading when he implied providing the multi-point inspection for free was some kind of special favor. He did not keep his promises about following up with me on the battery. He also just left without saying anything. Ali did not say anything about my brakes when he gave me the final paperwork. I did not get a multi-point inspection summary sheet from my visit, which I've always received in the past. I also did not get an estimate for getting the brakes fixed. I've interacted with Ali once before, and neither experience was very friendly or helpful. It seems like customer service is not his strong point. I would not want to work with him again. I'm glad Mellissa was available, because she was very helpful and professional. I've also had many experiences in the past with Mike Werner, who is fantastic. Mellissa and Mike are great examples of the kind of professionalism and service I've come to expect from this location. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Ali based on my two interactions with him. I'm leaving a 4/5 for this service center based on my overall experiences, but this particular visit was probably a 2/5. More

Even though it has been a tough time with the coronavirus, I was able to bring my car in due to battery issues. Stephen was very polite and informative.
