Polite, Professional, but Safety procedures needed The service from Tom was professional and polite, and the whole team at Zimbrick did perform the requested maintenance well. I had a thorough rundown The service from Tom was professional and polite, and the whole team at Zimbrick did perform the requested maintenance well. I had a thorough rundown of the issues with my vehicle and the new Key fob has worked for me. However, only 1 employee that I saw at the time in the service center had a mask/gloves, and distance was not kept during interactions. With the COVID risk right now, and having to take an additional risk to go to the dealership that day, I really don't appreciate that. Whatever your personal opinion is regarding the safety of the matter, the governor has issued a Stay at Home order and masks have been recommended. All employees should be wearing some form of mask and gloves and keeping the recommended state distance. This was very disappointing. More
