Tom Stahota, the service rep assigned to me was friendly and professional from the start. He was also understanding about my apprehension at having have such a large repair done to a new vehicle. The entire process from start to finish was easy. He met me at my car when I pulled in and handled all the paper work and arranged a loaner for me. The repair was finished in less than a day and the car looks brand new again. I know now that my car will be well taken care of in the future at Zimbrick. More
