What a terrible experience and generally off-putting interaction with technicians/mechanics. I recently purchased a vehicle, typically I would bring it in prior to buying, but I took a chance, I’m dangerous enough with cars, that I didn’t want to lose a great deal, plus the vehicle came with 45+ service records.The major one being it's had it's timing belt replaced recently. I dropped off my car in the morning, I get a call in the early afternoon and one of the 1st items I’m told “needs to be replaced,” is the timing belt, “doesn’t look like it’s ever been replaced and you are overdue.” That’s odd...there’s a sticker right inside the hood that lets me know it was done recently, and I have the invoice! Long story short, I express my disappointment in what I view as predatory tactics...ultimately, I get a call from Jeff? apologizing, for his team “missing” it, so...you were going to charge me $1500 to replace something I can get done somewhere else for half that, and now I’m supposed to trust the rest of your suggestions? It’s unethical, negligent, or plain deceitful. I was very upset (I'm spending money to be fleeced out of more), explained my grievance calmly, and was told they’d throw in the hour of labor to remove some rusty screws on my license plate I pointed out, and 4 screws to “make it right.” No sir, sorry, you can’t do maybe 5 minutes of work give me 4 free screws (maybe $1.50) and say let’s forget about just trying to swindle $1,500 from you and your family.Not to mention, am I supposed to trust any other item you note I "need." I did reach out to Tim Sonday, Manager, the following day to allow him to make it right (they still had my car). I don’t ask for things, I allow a business to make that call, but there is a reasonable expectation. I explained I knew the brakes were due, as you can feel that driving, but how can I trust your guys telling me my rotors need replacement too? Tim was easy to talk to, but what he offered, while I accepted as a point of safety, was extremely disappointing. $100 off the brake quote. The right thing would have been to do the work at cost. He also offered a comp realignment if I they did my tires...but now he’s up-selling me. Plus, I think my tires are in a bit better shape then they say, they do need to be replaced soon, but not “dangerous” to use as is. Gets worse...yes it did! I went to pick up my car and they let my battery drain!!! It was dead!!! They never showed me a test, just told me my battery was low, how am I supposed to believe you? Again though, safety issue, so just said put a new one in. I was in meetings all day today, had plans with my family for dinner, and I'm then instead waiting to get a battery replacement. A job I can do myself for half the cost. You also tried to charge me $80.00 for an air cabin filter, that’s a $5.00 part and 5 minute job!!! I'm alright with it's $25, I understand everyone needs to make a living, but $80.00 is insane. It’s been such a terrible experience, I almost think they drained my battery on purpose (sure hope not) the technician was likely pissed at me for calling his boss. The fact I’d even consider that let’s you know horrible of an experience this has been. Again, Tim did his best and he seems like a good guy, but he’s either not empowered enough to make things right, or he too dropped the ball on being fair and making things right. Longest post on this site ever, why? People work hard for their money, I have two small kids, both with college savings accounts, and you just tried to steal from them. Go somewhere else, over-priced and unethical. More

Oil change, drive-in, no appointment My service light had come on very recently. Passing the dealership I stopped in hoping to make an appointment but they were able to make room for me r My service light had come on very recently. Passing the dealership I stopped in hoping to make an appointment but they were able to make room for me right away. Less than an hour later I was on my way, oil changed, back wiper replaced, exhaust system checked for rattles. The service center was friendly, competent, and sincerely helpful. They have always done a great job for me and it’s really appreciated. More

I have been very pleased with the honest, comprehensive, and quality of service I have received. I have always felt well informed and that a best-fit solution to my service needs were provided. In the very few instances I have every had a problem, it was dealt with promptly and fairly. This is the best dealer-service shop I have ever dealt with. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE .... But took longer then I expected. I know paper work is a ton.
