Replacement of lost Fab I lost my Honda Civic Fab in the snow, and was very anxious to get it replaced. I spoke with Mike Werner, who was able to get me in the same day, o I lost my Honda Civic Fab in the snow, and was very anxious to get it replaced. I spoke with Mike Werner, who was able to get me in the same day, on a Saturday. I must have been in for a half hour or less, and it was all good, with great customer service. Although Fabs are expensive, I was able to get mine replaced for $132, after discounts. A friend told me a Toyota Fab might cost over $400! More

Lazy, will not go back after last visit. They push for reviews but do a poor job. Fake multi point checks. I marked things or don't have them but they check as green. Tony is outright lazy. Sent emails to dealership about him and received no response. Really crappy people if all they care about is the survey. Tire pre, fluid levels, filter, battery.. Alll marked green but they didn't touch them. More concerned with the three services I received. Now I have to worry about them not dying them right. More

Excellent I was fortunate to have Mike Werner fit my car in when I was in Madison for the holidays. My windshield wipers had an issue due to a mouse nest in th I was fortunate to have Mike Werner fit my car in when I was in Madison for the holidays. My windshield wipers had an issue due to a mouse nest in the hood insulator. As respectful as ever, Mike worked me into his appointments that morning and was able to get me on my way. Living over three hours away I would rather make the trip to have Mike and his team work on my vehicle. He is always knowledgeable and flexible in working with my availability to travel down to Madison. I know I can trust his estimates and knowledge of the problems that arise with my vehicle and know things are properly taken care of. I highly recommend Zimbricks service and Mike to others. More
