Good enough I am kind of in-between on recommending the service center. Dan Taylor is an extremely nice and diligent fellow. He handled my issues and communicat I am kind of in-between on recommending the service center. Dan Taylor is an extremely nice and diligent fellow. He handled my issues and communicated well with me. However, the repair took an extremely long time (nearly two weeks) and they couldn't do the repairs onsite. My vehicle had to be subbed over to Kayser because Zimbrick didn't have adequate tools to accomplish a seemingly extensive repair. I was under warranty, so the cost was nominal. I'm grateful for that. Also, a rock kicked up and cracked the windshield on my loaner. That sucked. However, the good side to this is that Dan and Zimbrick didn't hold my car hostage to pay-off on the damage. They're working with me to get the repair done through my insurance. I got my vehicle back and am driving that now. Again, thankfully, they're working with me on something for which I am understandably and sadly responsible. More
