Poor Quality Work My car is undriveable after a bill of three thousand dollars. The car now can’t be driven in manual shift mode, and when told to drive it in automatic mode, which I have been doing, it is sluggish, hard to accelerate, and feels dangerous to be driving. The engine light on the dashboard is on, which it wasn’t before the repairs. When I asked if I should be driving it like this, I was told that it was Ok, unless the light started blinking. The car is scheduled to be looked at again five days after I picked it up, initially. I have been going to Zimbrick for many years specifically because of the excellent service performed on my cars. This last visit was a disaster. More

A few issues with that hurt the experience. I wouldn't call it a bad experience but I'm not sure whether I can recommend Zimbrick to anyone. I recently purchased a QX80 used for $58,900. I was I wouldn't call it a bad experience but I'm not sure whether I can recommend Zimbrick to anyone. I recently purchased a QX80 used for $58,900. I was quoted the price prior to it being given to another Infiniti customer who kept it for the weekend and put about 1,000 miles on it. Keeping it for the weekend is out of your control, no issues there. Having a small price adjustment would have been a good gesture though for the extra miles. I also asked for an extra set of headphones and was told I couldn't get a new set (but was given a used pair). $200 headphones not worth the 1,000 extra miles? I also asked specifically at least twice and was told the video system supported blue rays. After a week of ownership, I was then (correctly) told that they do now support blue rays. When buying a nearly $60,000 vehicle, every representation made should be accurate. I was looking at two other vehicles and they were all very close, I doubt the lack of blue ray would have changed the decision, but sure would have liked all info first. Gregg was great otherwise and I enjoyed working with him. I love the vehicle as well. However, these issues make it hard to recommend Zimbrick to anyone else. More

Car service complete poor customer service The service guy tried to sell me tires on my car that is 1 year old with 12,000 miles on it. He had no idea the information about my vehicle prior to trying to sell these to me. He was not very knowledgeable or cognizant of my time. I was late for work because of how he handled everything even though my car was done. And he found out my cars tires had a warranty issue that I was over by 200 miles for it to be covered and now I have to pay to replace tires on a xxxx near brand new vehicle. I tried to get in last week when I would have been under that threshold but there weren’t any openings. I am a loyal Zimbrick customer and am not happy with this experience. I work in sales and customer service and this was bad. I liked my previous technician John Mather he was great. I would prefer to be assigned to someone else for any future service visits. I also later saw on the website that you had a sale for service and no one mentioned anything which is again very frustrating. I think the guys name was dan. More

Wax overlaps into trim areas, buffing marks, tire dressing overspray, wheel discoloration and chipped/ scratched paint areas all remained on the exterior of the vehicle. Inside areas still had smudges, and floor debris, and one of the carpets was left unshampooed. One of the floor mat retainers was broken. When I picked the truck up at 5pm (an hour before closing), my service manager left for the day without taking the time to go over the vehicle with me to ensure my satisfaction. All in all a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this service. More
