Thus, I planned to wait 1-hour for an oil change BUT was given the option by the Service Agent that I could wait 3-4 hours for the extra service to be completed. The whole point of scheduling ahead was to obtain a Loaner...I tried to plan ahead and the scheduler precluded this! More
