I ended up buying a Honda Pilot last week and am very happy with the decision and experience. The entire Zimbrick Honda team is always very friendly and helpful. Above and beyond great service. I took my vehicle in to have it detailed on Saturday. Didn't think they would be able to change the oil so stopped at JIffy Lube for a quick oil cha I took my vehicle in to have it detailed on Saturday. Didn't think they would be able to change the oil so stopped at JIffy Lube for a quick oil change. Never again - when I left my car was making more noise. When I got to service I mentioned this and he said he would check this out for me. He looked and they took the bolts out of the housing for the cabin filter and never put them back in. He wouldn't have had to do anything, but took it upon himself to help me out. As always Zimbrick is by far the best. P.S. This is that lessoned learned for me never to take any vehicle for oil changes anywhere else than you. Tom thanks for all your help and attention. More

The financial portion of the sale, however, was not satisfying. My wife and I waited for more than an hour before meeting with the finance person. We were told at one point he'd be available in 5 minutes but we waited an additional 20 minutes after that. The finance person aimed his presentation at me and for the most part ignored my wife. We thought it presumptuous that a woman would not be a part of an auto purchase decision. The wait and financial experience was very disappointing! More
