Amazing Experience! I called Zumbrota Ford when I found out the car I was driving just wasn't worth fixing anymore. My son bought a 2015 Ford Rock Star Truck last fall an I called Zumbrota Ford when I found out the car I was driving just wasn't worth fixing anymore. My son bought a 2015 Ford Rock Star Truck last fall and had purchased a 2012 Impala the year before from them. He told me if anyone could help me it would be the team at Zumbrota Ford. I was not disappointed! Eric Ruthig listened to what I wanted, found what he knew I was looking for and then with the help of Kelly Johnson in finance, made my dream come true! From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot I knew this wasn't just an ordinary car dealership. They cared about what I wanted and made the process so easy it was unbelievable. Eric and Kelly took care of everything! Within just a couple of hours I was driving out of the lot in my 2015 Chrysler 200! The paperwork was completed, Eric had my old car out of the repair shop and I had two drivers following with the vehicle I drove up there to my home. Eric asked me what I was looking for and bam we were outside browsing the inventory. He listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. After I had picked a vehicle out he got it ready and off we went. I was impressed! After some number crunching I insisted this is the vehicle I wanted! That's when Kelly jumped into action to get me the best financing available. She came thru like a champ! All looked good so after some signatures she sent me back to Eric who had my purchase detailed and keys waiting in hand! Can't forget to give a shout out to Todd who was very kind and considerate to myself and all the other customers that were packed in to buy a great vehicle from Zumbrota Ford! Fantasic Servive, Very high bill I have two comments on the service I received on 6/10/2016, one positive and one negative. First, just starting out on our camping trip my 2010 For I have two comments on the service I received on 6/10/2016, one positive and one negative. First, just starting out on our camping trip my 2010 Ford Expedition had a warning light come on, the wench representing a power train failure. So I called your service department as the dealership was just up the road and asked if they could put it on the computer. Yes I was told so I stopped in and they did just that and found a faulty wire for the fuel pump. They were able to squeeze me in and I was on the road in less than hour. Fantastic! Thank you very much. The second comment is on the bill. Like I said we were in and out in less than an hour, the invoice indicates in at 9:40 and out 10:20 which is 40 minutes. The labor charge for those 40 minutes was $216.94 which I feel is exorbitant! So I paid the bill and was back on the road for our vacation. In retrospect, I think I should have questioned it at that time, but was just thankful to have it fixed. More
