He is a consummate professional, well versed in his field, and knowledgeable about each car in inventory. But everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. There is not a need for aggressive sales tactics because the cars are priced great. Best prices ever. I purchased and traded in a car. Both transactions were seamless, fair, and pain free. I seldom write reviews and certainly do not assign five star ratings. I wanted to complete both in this instance because I am now a lifetime customer.
