From model, to color to mileage and options he sent me emails when new cars come in (which is all the time, so they have a great selection). Then finally a diamond silver CLS400 with black leather and many of the other bells and whistles comes in, he holds it for me, then matches my very low rate from a credit union through one of theirs and I drive off in my car in no time! No pressure other than the guy coming out to sell an extended warranty, but he was nice and didn't push me when I said I wasn't interested. This is a no haggle price place so don't expect to get the price down. Dealership always seems crowded, so you might have to wait a bit. More
