Furthermore, in the follow-up phone call regarding my purchase, she provided me with lots of valuable information to assure me purchasing a vehicle with eCarOne was safe and cost effective. Examples include letting me know the Carfax report on car was available for me to see on eCarOne website, and also, financing availability through eCarOne. On day of my purchase, she met with me promptly at the scheduled time, and she was very efficient in the purchasing process and provided me with options which I did not know of, such as advantages of financing my car through eCarOne, which would match or beat competitors finance terms and also make purchase process quicker. I ended up taking her offer of an eCarOne financing even though I had been pre-approved by capital one. Another area of service from her which was helpful was her recommendation on other services eCarOne offered which would give me additional protections on my expensive purchase such as protective coating of my car’s leather seats and exterior of car.
