Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Had This dealership was recommended by a coworker. My wife and weren’t really sure if we wanted to get into a car payment again, so we decided to look an This dealership was recommended by a coworker. My wife and weren’t really sure if we wanted to get into a car payment again, so we decided to look anyway, just to see what was out there. Mr. Dylan Mize responded to our inquiries, and invited us out to see the inventory. Life got in the way multiple times, causing us to put off the visit. Mr Mize was very understanding. We finally made it to the dealership with the idea of looking at one brand. We walked in and were met by a very polite staff. Mr Mize approached and offered us something to drink before talking cars. By the end of the day we had made the decision to go with a different brand (Lexus). This was our first luxury car and we were a bit apprehensive, but Mr. Mize made us feel at ease. We picked the car up the next day. As we were leaving, he asked us to let him know if we needed anything. All salesmen say this, but do they mean it? Mr. Mize does!!!! We notice after we got home that the front tires were almost at the point of replacement and the front hubcaps were scratched. (Yes, I should’ve noticed that before we bought it). When Mr. Mize called a couple of days later to see how we liked the car, I mentioned the tires and hubcaps. He told me to bring the car back, which I did. He had the tires replaced and the hubcaps fixed for free! The whole experience was very positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Mize and eCarOne to friends or family. More
