Amazing! First of all there are 2 things I strongly dislike the process and purchasing of...buying a car and a cell phone. They both take entirely too long an First of all there are 2 things I strongly dislike the process and purchasing of...buying a car and a cell phone. They both take entirely too long and are far too stressful. We had been searching for a car for months. We had narrowed it down to what we truly wanted and well, being that specific your choices are very limited. My husband took on a second "job" of searching for our dream car. And he finally found it online at E-Car One. He started talking to Tricia, our sales person. First of all, we could not have had a better sales person for us. She was amazing. She was honest and informative, she was helpful and so funny. It's stressful being 800 miles away trying to buy a car and she immediately made us feel comfortable, she was easy to talk to and communicate with. She took extra pictures, sent video, she even facetimed us to show us the car!! She made the entire experience amazing! We flew over 800 miles to pick up our dream car, Tricia arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport to shuttle us over to her and then we were able to get everything going. The only "complaint" we really have is the time. We thought we had taken care of everything possible over the phone and online (picking out the car, financing, etc.) all we really had to do was show up, test drive the car and sign the papers. But...something that we thought would only take 2 hours or less even was a 5 hour experience. Our lovely Tricia saw the impatience starting to increase and the "hangry" husband was becoming less happy, Tricia offered up every bit of edible nutrition she could find in the building to tide us over...lol...But not once did I feel overwhelmed or really stressed about it. Tricia was there thru every step even though she was busy bc we were there on a Saturday! Everyone at E-Car One was great. So accommodating, so helpful, so personable, just so great. Again, I HATE the car buying process and after my experience with Tricia and everyone at E-Car One, I can't imagine I will ever buy a car from anywhere else or from anyone else but her and them! Thank you for all you did for us and thank you for allowing me to drive my dream car home with a perma-grin!! Happy Thanksgiving to you all :) More

Also loved being able to look up additional inventory on their website while at the dealership and just let them know when we wanted to look at any additional cars. Blake was our salesman and he was AWESOME, very laid back and extremely helpful with all of the MANY questions we had. I loved how well he dealt with our craziness. I will definitely look here first for any future purchases. We went to a lot of dealerships to find this car but the experience and cleanliness of the cars at e-care one was the best all weekend hands down! More
