Excellent Experience The thought of purchasing your next car not only brings excitement but also ‘that feeling’ of having to negotiate and not being sure if you will get t The thought of purchasing your next car not only brings excitement but also ‘that feeling’ of having to negotiate and not being sure if you will get the best deal. As I was in market for pre-owned car, had additional concerns of finding something that is reliable with fair value. Initially looked for Certified Pre-owned cars and in parallel checked in few options at eCarOne. My first interaction with Philip PJ C left a very good experience. However, in all honesty, I was still not prepared to give this option a try in comparison to the certified cars at specific company dealerships. One thing the visit however do is to set a new reference for customer service and known option of cars with low mileage in visibly good-looking condition. I ended up back with Phillip and purchased the car. It was a smooth experience and most of the interactions outside test drive and final pick-up happened over phone and via email exchanges. I need to wait for few months to really make comment on the quality of vehicle purchased and pending to that experience, can say that eCarOne is going to be my first choice next time I am in market for luxury car.
