Vince even put new wheels on the car without us asking, and the car was in perfect conditions looked brand new for a 2014 ! Just a small tiny crack in windshield that they could fix right away as we wanted to take the car and go. So instead he gave us $50 visa prepaid cards to get it fixed! We test drove the car and financed it and went out to Water Grill (recommended by them) for dinner in our new car, great evening and great experience with E-Carone. Would do it again without hesitation, best delearship experience , even better than Mercedez Benz where we bought our last 2 cars, no pushy sales and great service! You get introduced to a salesman just before driving the car, providing your license and insurance. They do not hassle you or ask if you are buying a car "TODAY", like one Toyota dealership. That Toyota dealership even told us they would not let us test drive a car on a Saturday, unless we were going to buy. We didn't even visit there, even though they did have a car at a good price. eCarOne has the best selection of used performance and luxury cars. We found a 2014 BMW X3 35i, the kind with the strong engine, but had originally decided against it because of the mileage. The car had a non-serious issue, which we had pointed out, and the eCarOne fixed when it turned out that it would not be covered under warranty. When was the last time time your used car dealership did that? Johnny was awesome with us, even patient, when we initially walked away from the car, even after they fixed the problem. We looked at about 15 different cars, even coming close to purchasing another car at another dealership, and came back here because of both the car, and the salesman! After visiting several other dealerships, we decided that this SUV was the best choice for the family, and Johnny made the purchasing process easy, with a minimum a waiting. The business part of the transaction felt more like a "house closing", as we were directed to a nice conference room, where the business person walked us through the paperwork step by step. When we went in to close the deal, we were out of the dealership in under an hour, keys in hand with our new car!
