We were approached by several different employees asking if we had been helped. Free popcorn and drinks. Nice area with couches and TVs. Sort of a CarMax like atmosphere but much more laid back, which was nice. I didn't need to haggle because the Mercedes I purchased was already priced very well. Elias was our sales rep and he did an awesome job taking care of us. He was obviously busy that day but he always kept us feeling important as he hustled around the dealership closing our deal out. He communicated well every step of the way and we weren't left in the dark about anything that was happening while we waited. When I reported a couple of small smudges on my new vehicle's rims he immediately took the car back to the service area and had them wiped off for me after I offered to do it myself. He didn't hesitate to take care of me. Elias is the man. More
