Great value and service I must say this was my first online purchase. I discovered this dealership several years ago. Each time I found something that I like and hesitated, I must say this was my first online purchase. I discovered this dealership several years ago. Each time I found something that I like and hesitated, it was reserved and disappeared within days. I am from Atlanta Georgia and the dealership is in Carrollton Texas. I finally found the vehicle that I wanted and put a deposit on it. I was a bit nervous about reserving something - sight unseen. After my 13 Hour drive to Dallas Texas, I was able to see the car that I had reserved in person. There were a couple of discrepancies with the car that were overlooked. I immediately thought that my worst nightmare had come true. This is the part that gets the best news. My sales person, Masoud, Immediately assured me that they would take care of everything. He immediately got his general manager involved. I have to say, they were the most professional and respected team. They went above and beyond to make my 13 Hour drive to Dallas worth it. They continue to follow up with me after my return to Atlanta by actually purchasing the two missing items at the local BMW dealership. Masoud, my hat is off to you for the excellent service that you provided. I enjoyed working with you and I would highly recommend you to any of my friends. More

And they have some xxxx good deals - that’s why you come to a place like this – haha. The only complaint I have, which will not stop me from shopping here again, is that they need to do some more quality control / checkups on their cars before they are sold. I test drove 3 Mercedes, and all 3 cars had numerous easy to fix “imperfections” – e.g. clear coat scratches that should have been buffed out, tires with leaks, etc - that most regular car dealers would have fixed. The car I purchased, which was a deal by the way, had a tire pressure issue / bubble on the tire sidewall that I discovered & replaced at NTB the next day after buying it, numerous bumper scratches [that I buffed out myself], an issue with the speaker vibrating horribly in the back of the car and a cigarette lighter that does not work [for my cell phone charger]. Again, these are little issues and this is a used car with 24k miles on it, but it’d be nice if there was a bit more quality control done on the cars before they are sold. Thanks again E-CarOne – you guys were awesome! And don’t hesitate to shop there – they have some really good deals – especially on good ol’ Mercedes Benz cars. More
