The customer service was exceptional! I had been in a car accident prior to finding Ecarone. The reason I mention that is because I was not looking to purchase by choice necessarily. However, I did a quick Google search, found Ecarone and looked through there online inventory. I gave them a call and Matt answered the phone. He was extremely personable and chatted with me about my experience. He confirmed the car was there and we scheduled a time for my father and I to come to the store and test drive. We met Matt up there, got the keys and were told to take our times because there was no rush to enjoying the car. That felt very welcoming! We enjoyed our car ride together and I fell in love with the car.
