The only negative is that, e-carone doesn't seem to give much for trade-in. As you can see, I only gave 4 stars, because I have not yet taken the car to the dealership for maintenance and inspection. The customer service was exceptional! I had been in a car accident prior to finding Ecarone. The reason I mention that is because I was not looking to purchase by choice necessarily. However, I did a quick Google search, found Ecarone and looked through there online inventory. I gave them a call and Matt answered the phone. He was extremely personable and chatted with me about my experience. He confirmed the car was there and we scheduled a time for my father and I to come to the store and test drive. We met Matt up there, got the keys and were told to take our times because there was no rush to enjoying the car. That felt very welcoming! We enjoyed our car ride together and I fell in love with the car. The customer service was where it all started for me - from feeling like I mattered when I first called to the kind offers of beverages and everything in between like being well-informed about warranties, car fax history, and competitive pricing.
