This dealership was very shady with their pricing and the offers they give on vehicle trade-ins they came back apparently, after they said, I was denied by all their banks, but did not have any pricing to sh offers they give on vehicle trade-ins they came back apparently, after they said, I was denied by all their banks, but did not have any pricing to show me or what they were giving me for my vehicle. I dealt with Lindsay for the sales part, but the finance manager came to the desk only with a paper to show my credit score and nothing else once they gave me this information. They got up and walked away like I was garbage. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to be there for 30 minutes with being disrespected and not giving any kind of information about why or pricing just a big waste of time More

Not only did I leave disappointed — I left feeling taken advantage of. First, they recommended replacing the rear sensor as well, but did NOT recommend replacing all four sensors, even though that would have been the proper and cost-effective guidance. If you’re going to upsell, at least upsell correctly. Second, despite specifically asking them to check my tire for leaks and verify that all tire pressures were compliant, neither of those basic safety checks were completed. Minimum maintenance wasn’t even attempted. The worst part? The pricing. After calling three reputable repair shops in the area, I learned the following: TPMS sensor parts typically cost about $65 each. Labor for installation ranges from $50–$70. Flow GM charged me $120 PER SENSOR (double the cost) and $120 for labor (2–4x the going rate). For two sensors, my total was $480 — and I didn’t even receive the basic checks I requested. This dealership charged premium prices, provided subpar service, and the service manager didn’t listen to my concerns. If you value honest pricing and thorough automotive care, do not go here. Instead, I recommend calling one of these local shops that gave me fair, straightforward quotes: Twin City Automotive – (336) 441-7763 Cloverdale Auto Service – (336) 331-3448 Better Way Automotive / Better Way Automotive Shop – (336) 448-1180 or (336) 721-1440 Flow GM Auto Center lost my business today, and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same experience. Based on my experience with Flow in Winston Salem, they lower there price with a “soft discount online” only to get you in the door to waste your time and tack on additional fees that NO ONE ELSE HAS DONE. lower there price with a “soft discount online” only to get you in the door to waste your time and tack on additional fees that NO ONE ELSE HAS DONE. Troy sold me my truck and was a really great down to earth man. He answered all my questions that I had with the vehicle. It was Memorial Day weekend and the detail shop was closing but since I was out earth man. He answered all my questions that I had with the vehicle. It was Memorial Day weekend and the detail shop was closing but since I was out of town, they detailed it and got it ready quick because they knew I had to leave town. I really enjoyed the honesty and attitudes of everyone there, but Troy is the best if your looking for a vehicle Troy is the guy to talk to!! More
Very shady dealer practices here. Spent a whole day being told I could get pricing on a vehicle in transit and put money down to hold vehicle from an internet rep. I was transferred t Spent a whole day being told I could get pricing on a vehicle in transit and put money down to hold vehicle from an internet rep. I was transferred to a salesmen in store and talked about trying to get vehicle without the dealer add ons since truck was in transit and not there. Then was told that the add ons will be added no matter what and that I would just have to build the car online outright. Then after discussing that in that case I would just preorder online from Chevy instead of driving 3 hours to get truck. I was then told they can’t negotiate on trucks in transit anymore. Lol. This company practices is why the truck market is heading towards some dreary times. Be careful and watch everything they add on to your cars. More

I'm the daughter of a local automotive shop 30 years running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation. Robert Goode was rude and aggressive in our attempt to get him to respect the TSB on our Yukon. If you need absolutely need GMC dealer for a recall/TSB find a different location. These guys are crooks. We then listened to them happily bragging and talking crap about customers. A waste of our entire day. More
I made a service appt at Flow Chevy on Stratford Rd at 3pm on a Friday for a brake job. I was told by the service advisor that my Chevy Silverado Truck would not fit on their lift, because they have small lifts. He proceeded with another lame excuse by telling me a 3pm appt was too late for brakes. They close at 6pm. He finished by assuring me that I could get my brakes done for "much cheaper" elsewhere!!! Basically...they were too lazy to do their job on a Friday afternoon. I called the following Mon, Tue and Wed leaving messages for their service dept manager. I never even received a courtesy call back. I would NEVER do ANY business with Flow Chevrolet. Go elsewhere... they just don't care about their customers! More
