Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. I have bought close to 50 cars and this was a very smooth, no pressure transaction. Their inventory can be viewed on their web site. Each vehicle contains the Carfax and many, many pictures. It is also kept up-to-date.. If a car is sold it will be shown as such promptly. All of their vehicles are like new. I highly recommend anyone considering a used European car or SUV to check them out. More

I do recommend that IAutohaus works with the service contract company REDShield and work out all the issues they seem to face. Unable to reach customer service, very long approval times and rental car is not covered until the repairs have been approved. I ended up paying for a rental car for an entire week before they approved the work (however IAutohaus did cover for my deductible, thank you.) The warrenty/ extended service contract should be a seamless process. Thank you for working on getting this resolved. More
