Our vehicle purchase started online with Ruston Reynolds. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and his positive energy helped us get excited about buying a new car after our last vehicle was totaled out. Ruston asked about our transportation needs and answered questions we had about vehicles on the sites he led us to. We eventually ended up test driving at San tan Hyundai with Ivan Cronin who knew our car backward and forward and did a great job showing us all the bells and whistles since he had the same vehicle at home. He was patient while we attained pre approval with our bank and got us through the process quickly. About 2 days after purchase the check engine light turned on. We immediately texted Ruston and he gave instructions for an easy routine fix to the common problem after fluids are flushed. When the light stayed on he asked us to bring in the vehicle and we were provided a rental car while they fixed the issue for free and had the car back on the road the next day. I told Ruston I would’ve been worried with all that happening but I knew he would take care of us. So happy with our purchase and with the ongoing attention we have been lucky to have with Ruston.

What started out as routine service on our ES300h turned into the purchase of a RX350h. Cleva made the paperwork part painless. Can’t say enough about how positive the buying experience was. Also want to mention Richard Vasquez in the service department. He has been the service advisor for the ES300h. Efficient and an excellent communicator. I’ll be back with the RX. I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

Let’s preface this review with the disclaimer that this is my personal experience and opinion. Carizona is the GOAT…. I was in a used 2014 Chevy Cruze LT and it was a nightmare for about 8 months until I came here. I was worried every day it would fail. I work full-time doing delivery driving, and from that perspective it’s hard to finance a newer car because banks usually see that income as unstable. I honestly thought I’d only qualify for another used vehicle. But Carizona and Niko—DJ Khaled Worldwide—put in the work and made it happen. They got me into a newer Nissan Sentra SV when I didn’t even think it was possible, with only $500 down and still within my budget. Huge shoutout to Niko for going above and beyond, being patient, and actually fighting to get the deal done instead of just brushing me off like other dealerships did. To anyone who thinks getting into a newer vehicle isn’t possible—just try, and if you can, put at least $500 down or more. I tried a few different dealerships before Carizona, and nobody put in the effort they did here.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.
