After 4 failed attemps to get my car to pass NC
inspection it was determined that the dealer Impex left a tracking device on the car that should have been removed by Impex during the initial sale.

After choosing the vehicle I i wanted they raised the price almost $1000 which was for ELT and an installed LO JACK system that was not requested.
