I wrote this review in good faith as they sent me an email with the information that contained the amount of the refund after waiting a few weeks i was informed by the gap insurance company that they never canceled it and when i spoke with Carlos he said he sent it to the Wells Fargo auto i called them and they never got anything from them! Pure deception they wanted the thirty days to go by to get the commission or for me to forget about its a normal practice from car dealership. My emails has the dates of the cancellation which is is within the thirty days. I wrote them to advise them of all the information that wells fargo has stated and the gap insurance company as well they still have me as pending according to the gap insurance company i have no choice but to escalate this to my attorney. Be aware and stay far away!!! They will always TRY and get there way at any lenght.
